The organization structure

Eurotecnica is characterized by a flat organization structure. This ensures that decisions are taken quickly, effectively and are shared by the entire personnel.

Every single function reports to Sales and Marketing Management, Projects Management, Technical Management, Procurement Management or Financial Service, which in turn report to the CEO and to the Board of Directors.

Therefore, every single employee is not any farther than two or three steps from the Board.
