Eurotecnica acquires Carbon Black Technology

Eurotecnica were pleased to attend at the successful 2011 edition of Carbon Black Asia Conference in Singapore.

The occasion was so relevant that Eurotecnica had there announced the recent acquisition of the Carbon Black Technology from Mr. Anil Kumar’s PVTI, within the frame of strengthening the company’s technologies portfolio.

After some years of successful collaboration with Mr. Kumar, which resulted in the implementation of the Simorgh Carbon Black unit and the recently awarded Abu Dhabi Takreer carbon black project, for Eurotecnica became natural to invest further and transform the company in one of the few reputed independent carbon black licensors.

Eurotecnica’s technical and commercial network will boost the development of this outstanding technology to farther limits of performance and efficiency, that will be available to any client in the world, for the implementation of new projects and for the modernization of existing ones.
